BlueStar Cooking

First thing first color is making its way back into the kitchen! White kitchen designs have dominated the stage for years and its refreshing to see a pop of color make its way into the scene. At BlueStar‘s booth at KBIS we were able to see PANTONE‘s color of the year, Living Coral featured on their customizable appliances. At BlueStar you can tailor the appliance to your design needs. Choose from 750 different colors, several textures, knobs, trim, and door styles to create the appliances of your dreams. With BlueStar the possibilities are endless.

Another noteworthy trend we discovered at KBIS is hidden appliances. Disguising your appliances to your cabinetry was on the rise. At Dacor‘s booth, we saw refrigerators and other appliances disguised to its surroundings making a statement wall both beautiful and functional.

Kohler‘s booth at KBIS is always a showstopper as we could have spent hours touring all of their vignettes. From smart technology to sinks that are a piece of art, there is always something eye-catching.

GE Cafe

This was one of our favorite booth’s at KBIS, because the interaction between GE’s staff and attendees were outstanding. At Cafe‘s booth, you were able to create your own mood board with their customizable appliances! It was a great way to interact with their new line of customizable appliances.

Saving the best for last, the Monogram booth this year was one for the books! With stunning designs by Richard T. Anuszkiewicz, innovating surfaces from SapienStone, and delicious food from Top Chef Brian Malarkey, this booth was everything! It’s no wonder this booth won the best booth in show.
